Permalink prosciutto with bak choi and nutty angle hair pasta
Permalink Miso spinach noodle with pan fried egg
I heated a little oil and lightly sauteed some carrots then added a spoon full of white miso paste.  I then deglazed the pan with some white wine, toss in some cooked noodles and then wilted a lot of spinach on top.  Mixed everything together and top it with an egg on top.  The miso seasons the noodles, the alcohol brings out the flavor, the runny yolk finish off the noodles with the perfect little “sauce” and the crispiness of the egg white gives it a nice textural crunch.
